this is the condition of my heart right now! broken! plastered! but can never be the same anymore!

this  two weeks mmg the busiest week ever!! and today is the worst day of all!

every moment i had just now, was like some big enormous giant chuckie doll throw his big eyes on me and stab me with his little knife! scary! i hate chuckie the most! and also clown! bibir tebal!! i dont know if im living in Malaysia or... alien planet! the situation is that bad!! :(  

okay...this week wajib tido lewat every day. because last week punye hal byk makan masa, suma written assignment, presentation siap minggu ni , minggu lepas byk sgt aktiviti yg  TAKberkaitan dgn final, tp aku gatal nk masok jugak,  but who am i to change what had happen in the past, eh? -.-

so, lalui jugakla hidop nie dgan senyuman even though hati tgh berapi... its ok if you are upset, but never make people around you feel the same way too because you feel that way.

time tuh la aku tros terbeliak bijik mata, bangon dengan keserabaian tarik towel mandi, pukul 8 pagi baru bangun memang best. kalau fakulti depan kolej tape!

bila dah lambat tu faham2 je la prempuan.. mana sempat nak gosok baju kurung, tudung segala bagai.. selalu khamis aku pkai baju kurung, but screw that!!!! im late! aku capai je baju yang ada depan mata, which the fact that baju yang aku ambek tuh adalah baju tidur, saiz xl milik kakak aku yang gemok. oh well, i dont care! i wore it anyway! sampai kat fakulti, dari pagi sampai ke tengah hari tu.. xsah kalau aku jalan orang tak pandang atas bawah atas bawah! mengong!!! :'(

then, turun rushing2 pergi kedai printer mawar.. cucuk pendrive nk print term paper 2. and guess what!!! pendrive aku kena virus shortcut!!!! shiotttttttt!!!!!!!

sampai kelas dah la lambat, kena hantar term paper, references aku xsiap lagi, so aku kena rush buat APA style citation.. and suma tuuu kena buat balik sebab pendrive dah masok virus shortcut yang kuangajaq!!! habis file crite korea aku! woowooo :'(

takpe.... itu boleh tahan lagi... aku troskan jugak hidup aku...

next, test ctu! sbab aku xsempat amek minggu lepas sebab pergi debate yg aku kalah terok tuu... aku xbace mende pon, hafazan xbuat lagi, great!

Pedophile should not be sentenced to death

According to Dr. Herbert Wagemaker, a pedophile is an individual who has a sexual desire towards children. Often, people look at this particular group of people as disgrace to the world. These people are being discriminated because of their bizarre sex desire. In psychological context, a pedophile is considered to have a paraphilia or a psychosexual disorder. They cannot be convicted solely because of their sexual desire towards minor. Even though they do commit an offense, death penalty is not a proportionate sentence. In Iran, on 29 May 2011, two pedophiles were hanged on public by raping children. The sentences imposed were not proportionate to the crime as the pedophiles did not kill the children. Thus, pedophile should not be sentenced to death in views of punishment should be given proportionately as one’s life should not be taken lightly, along with the judgment which should not be based on emotion.

Firstly, pedophile should be punished on the level of the crime. It is very injustice to discriminate and treat them equally as murderers. Under Islamic Penal Code (IPC) in Iran, those who committed adultery and murder will be sentenced to death; same goes to pedophile.  For example, if a pedophile was caught because of molesting a child, killing him or her will not fit the crime. But, if the pedophile rapes then kill the child, and then the death penalty should be considered as a mean of justification. There are a lot of other ways to prevent them to re-offence the crime such as chemical castration which has been implemented in Poland.  According to sex Psychologist, Dr. Keith Abrams, the strategy of implementing death penalty to cater this issue is not relevant as he pointed out the fact that capital punishment had been established for decades, yet murders still occurs. He added that “instead of focusing on deterrents, we should focus on prevention, for both potential victims and abusers”. In Abrams view, when people commit those kinds of crime, they cannot think rationally about the backlash of their act. However, many people look at pedophile as a disgrace to the society. The society refuses to feel empathy toward these sick people. They think that being a pedophile in a society is a greater offence then a killer. They forget that these pedophiles are human being too. They have life, family, and career. No one in this world asked to be a pedophile. The pressure from the society is like a trigger that can urge them to do what is wrong because they feel lonely and need companion in life.

Secondly, one’s life should not be taken lightly as each soul has its own value and contribution to the society or even country. As many part of the world today claimed to be a civilized country, imposing death penalty like Iran shows that we are actually still living in a barbaric way of life. Whatever offenses people do, death penalty is clearly not the best way to deter the society’s problem. Making the death penalty for rape the same as for murder encourages rapists to kill their victims rather than leave them alive to testify. If they have the drive to rape under seven year old kids, it is not impossible for them to kill the kids to make sure they safe from the punishment. Losing these kids at very young age is such a waste as they may be the one who’ll make the world a better place to live in the future. In Poland, the sentence is hard enough to make sure these pedophiles will not make the same offence but not to the degree of imposing death sentence to them. The averment from Prime Minister of poland, Donald Tust indicates that these pedophiles are recidivism and cannot be adjust, thus they need to be pushed and they should be grateful that Prime Minister only legislated chemical castration not the real thing after the pedophiles issues agitate the country (Diana Fasanella, 9 June 2010).

Thirdly, justice should not base on emotion. The reason why people tend to seek for the law is to find justice. Justice should not be bias to one sided only because it has to protect the right of each people in a country like the right of the victim and also the abuser. In this case, the government should provide the proportionate sentence for committing such act without being bias to the victim.  Some people in other part of the world allow their emotion to rule, and these are grave mistakes that aren’t easy to reverse. A lot of valuable life should be taken into consideration together with the factors that contribute to such an act. However, the conservative perspective of the society towards this group of people hard to be corrected because it is the norm of the society to think such way for ages. Steve Hurst of Munford in Talladega County is proposing a new law which grants a judge to use death penalty towards pedophile. He stated that death penalty is indeed an applicable solution to punish people who are 21 years old and above pedophile who rape 6 years old who are powerless as he stated that this pedophile ruined the child’s life forever. On the other hand, his proposal shows that he didn’t value human beings life as he proposing young adult to be convicted at early twenty. The potential of these young might worth the country in the future. As for the children, they will adapt the trauma much easier when they are not fully aware of what happening to their body than getting rape at the age of 18 when they have built their friend zone and are able to think and remember clearly of an incident which will bring more harm in social life. There are also many innocent people who have been falsely convicted on molesting children due to dishonest prosecutors. Some prosecutors aim money and winning cases as their goal of career rather than to uphold justice, thus, the chance of getting twisted from the actual fact will make a very bad impact to the innocent. A report on 2011 on http://www.caught.net/innoc.htm shows that over 30 of convicted people involved prosecutorial misconduct. This report indicates the harm of imposing the death penalty on pedophile as it may turn out to be wrongly accused people.

In conclusion, death penalty should not be imposed to punish pedophile as it’s a barbaric punishment and it cannot be the mechanism to deter the problem as other solutions can be use to cater the crisis. The government should take the right action in order to change the mindset of the conservative citizens towards pedophile. Also, the lawmakers have the responsibility to make a proportionate law as they have to take into consideration of the right of the victims as well as the abusers.
